Why I enjoy demo days

New products to learn about, reps to get to know, and a chance to see what’s happening in foodservice. Demo days are one of my favorite parts of the job.

Demo days are one of my favorite parts of working in foodservice. I like when reps bring in new products and we get a chance to look things over, ask questions, and learn something beyond what’s on a spec sheet.

This demo was put on by Browne Foodservice. It’s the kind of day I genuinely enjoy: a table full of products to learn about and people who can walk you through them.

Getting to know the reps is a big part of it for me, too. I enjoy meeting new people and building those relationships. It’s good to know the people behind the products, not just a name on an email.

There’s always something new happening in the restaurant industry, and I love seeing what companies are doing to move it forward. Days like this keep me curious and help me better understand what’s available for the customers I work with.
